Maya's Way is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth, fostering kindness, supporting communities, and creating opportunities for students to learn, lead, and make a positive impact.

Our programs are designed for students, families, volunteers, educators, and community members.

Certain activities may require parent or guardian consent for participants under 18 years of age.

Some services may require creating an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use your account only for lawful purposes
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

Users are responsible for activity occurring under their account.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent yourself or another person
• Submit false information, volunteer hours, or campaign activity
• Upload harmful, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with the operation of the website or platform
• Use Maya's Way services for commercial solicitation without permission

Maya's Way reserves the right to remove content or suspend access when necessary to protect participants and the community.

Some programs may include leaderboards, recognition programs, scholarship tracking, volunteer records, or public acknowledgements.

Where applicable, participants may choose whether certain information is displayed publicly.

Maya's Way will make reasonable efforts to respect participant privacy preferences.

By submitting photos, stories, volunteer logs, campaign entries, memories, testimonials, or other content, you grant Maya's Way permission to use that content for nonprofit, educational, promotional, fundraising, reporting, and program-related purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

You retain ownership of your original content.

Donations made to Maya's Way help support our mission and programs.

Unless otherwise required by law, donations are generally non-refundable.

Participation in Maya's Way programs does not guarantee scholarships, awards, internships, fellowships, recognition, or selection for any opportunity.

Selection criteria may vary by program.

Maya's Way may use third-party services including authentication providers, payment processors, communication platforms, analytics tools, and other technology providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

The Maya's Way name, logos, branding, website content, graphics, and program materials are the property of Maya's Way unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without permission.

Maya's Way provides its website, programs, and services on an "as available" basis.

While we strive to provide accurate information and reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maya's Way shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, programs, or services.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
