• Create and manage Youth Impact Platform profiles
• Track Impact Points, volunteer hours, campaign participation, and scholarship progress

• Review submissions and verify participation
• Improve our website, programs, and campaigns
• Recognize student participation, when permitted
• Process donations, sponsorships, and related communications
• Meet legal, reporting, and nonprofit recordkeeping requirements

Maya's Way serves students and families. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate our programs safely and responsibly.

For students under 18, parent or guardian permission may be required for certain activities, submissions, public recognition, photos, scholarship participation, or fellowship agreements.

If you submit photos, stories, memories, campaign entries, or other content, Maya's Way may use them for program review, impact tracking, and public storytelling only when appropriate permission has been provided.

We will not knowingly publish a student's personal information without appropriate consent.

We never sell or share your information.

To operate our programs, we work with trusted service providers that process information on our behalf only when needed—for example, to run our website, forms, email, donations, authentication, data storage, or program tools. These may include platforms such as Google, Supabase, Stripe, Canva, or similar service providers. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may also share information when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety, rights, or integrity of Maya's Way, our participants, or the community.
